About the Magazine
A Literary Home, Built on Purpose.
Published + Black Magazine was established in 2021 by Tiffany A. Green-Hood to celebrate, support, and elevate Black authors — especially indie and self-published authors building wealth, visibility, and legacy through books.
We exist to give Black authors the platform they’ve long been denied: meaningful media exposure, editorial credibility, storytelling space, and access to the publishing and business education that turns a book into a brand.
Every issue of Published + Black is a celebration of authorship, ownership, and authority. We honor the writers shaping culture today and the literary entrepreneurs building the institutions of tomorrow.
We celebrate Black authors one book at a time.
